Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
Personal information such as your full name, email address, and banking details must belong to you. ironman88 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be ironman88 representatives. Our support team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ironman88 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account prior to reporting any loss of access.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the ironman88 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, account manipulation, or any action intended to exploit the bonus system or the platform.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without prior written authorisation from ironman88.
Payments, Transactions, and MYR Financial Policy
Deposit
All deposits to an ironman88 account are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available deposit methods include internet banking, local e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the chosen payment method and is subject to change. ironman88 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name. ironman88 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if any applicable bonus conditions or wagering requirements have not been fully met.
Ironman88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the account in question will be suspended while an investigation is conducted.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to their respective specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until all related conditions are met. ironman88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Ironman88 Liability Limits
The ironman88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ironman88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
- Platform disruptions or unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
- Game or betting outcomes that are not in the user's favour.
- Transaction processing delays caused by the user's bank or a third-party payment provider.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ironman88 platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of ironman88 or its respective licensors. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law

Ironman88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if:
- There is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect that the user has violated these terms and conditions.
- The account is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- The user failed to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
- The account has shown no activity for an extended period in accordance with the current inactive account policy.
If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach, any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review process. However, if the closure is due to a breach of these terms, ironman88 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the ironman88 support team. The request will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Changes to These Terms
Ironman88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of the platform. Any dispute arising from the use of the ironman88 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
